About Us

Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm will be traveling“Back to the 80s” on March 18, 2017! This Auction & Dinner event is the largest fundraising event of the school year.

Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm has been offering education to children in Washington County since 1995, and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN #93-1301833). The faculty of Swallowtail seeks to integrate the arts and a profound reverence of the natural world with academic rigor. Utilizing the school’s main campus in Cornelius and their 26 acre farm, Swallowtail students develop a deep awareness of urban, ecological, and agricultural environments. We currently serve over 150 children from Early Childhood through Grade Eight.

The funds raised will enable us to bridge the gaps in our operating budget, support our Tuition Assistance program, and provide ongoing enrichment and education for our teachers and administration.
